For the first time in the University: The Fair of Vacancies

On March 26, 2015 the university held for the first time the Fair of Vacancies for graduates registered in the gifted youth databank and prospective staff reserve. This event was visited by the Deans of the faculties, graduates registered in gifted youth databank and prospective staff reserve, the representatives of local education authorities, sport and tourist administration from Moskovsky and Leninsky districts of Brest, the representatives of Public Prosecutor Office,  OOO ”Epam Systems”, legal cosultants ”Tarasyk, Ignatyk”.

When opening the Fair the pro-rector on Scientific work and economics Alexandr Evgenievich Budko in his address of welcome pointed out that the main aim of the event was to help students in their search of first job, to establish contacts and firm ties with potential employers and he suggested that such events should be organized annually. During the Fair the graduates of the year 2015 regisrtered in the gifted youth databank and prospective staff reserve made presentations of their achievements, abilities and talents.

Despite the fact that the event was organized for the first time the students managed to display  at high level their talents before their potential employers , they took an active part in the Fair which was going on within and beyond the University boundaries. The active participants  are engaged in voluntary activities, research work, they show their creative abilities and talents. At the end of their presentations the students spoke about their plans for the future.

First and foremost they seek to find employment according to their qualifications.. Many students are willing to take up scientific work- to enter post-graduate course or Master’s degree course.
