Festival of the foreign students: Brain-ring “Belarus: places, events, people”
A brain-ring “Belarus: places, events, people” was held on the 27th February 2014 as part of the annual festival of the foreign students and it was organized by the Department of General and Russian Linguistics.
Four teams took part in the game, among which were the representatives of the Faculties of Philology, Physics, Law and the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The game aroused a great interest among the players and the fans; it was surprisingly tense, moreover a wild one. The players had to answer the questions about the outstanding cultural figures, historical sites and events of our country.
The victory in the stiff fight has been taken by the team of Faculty of Philology “Philomaty”, although the breakaway from the other teams was insignificant.
