The National Campaign “Safety in Every House” has started!

On February 13, 2020 as part of the second stage of the national campaign “Safety in every home!” the inspector of the sector of propaganda and public relations of Brest city department of emergency situations Alyona Mozheiko held an education lesson for students of the educational institution “Brest State A. S. Pushkin University”.

An employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) acquainted those present with the operational situation in Brest and the region, told about the most common causes of fires, as well as reminded about the procedure of actions in emergency situations. After her speech, students were invited to test their knowledge by playing the game “Where is the logic?”. Participants of the game actively guessed the puzzles and received colourful memos for correct answers.

At the end of the event, Alyona Mozheiko told about the mobile application “MES of Belarus: Help is near!” and reminded about the emergency service call numbers – 101 and 112. None of the students were left without attention: all of them were awarded thematic prizes and wished never to get into an emergency situation.
