Rector meets foreign students

The meeting of the Rector with foreign students was held on the 9^th of October, 2013. It was a continuation of a good annual tradition to discuss the most relevant issues.

Rector informed all the present that a number of foreign citizens studying at the University has considerably increased and at that moment amounted 434. The rectorate and deans take all the necessary measures for social and cultural adaptation of the applicants from different countries. Productive activity of the elders of the foreign students gives an opportunity to the Administration of the University to solve problems efficiently. Common sociocultural events favor cultural approach. There is a virtual museum in the internet site of the University «Turkmenistan Treasures», which is very popular among its visitors.

Trust based communication continued in a form of dialogue. Improvement of conveniences, possibility of tuition fees reducing and many other issues were discussed and approved by the Rector.

The meeting was closed by solemn rewarding of almost 40 students with memorable gifts and notes of acknowledgement for progress in study and active participation in extra-curricular activities of departments and University.
