The University has opened the classroom of Russian as a foreign language

Interuniversity scientific seminar “Problems of teaching Russian as a foreign language and other linguistic disciplines in the higher education” took place on the 10^th of March 2014. It has been organized by the Department of the General and Russian Linguistics. A new classroom of Russian language as a foreign has been opened and presented as part of the plenary session and it’s located in the building №2 in the room №316.

A classroom is equipped with the modern appliances, has a necessary methodological material, it will increase the level of proficiency of the Russian language which is a means of professional training of the foreign students in the university and thereby improves the quality of education of students.

All the conditions have been created in the classroom for the broad access of the lectures and students to the scientific, methodological accomplishments of the national and foreign linguistics in the field of teaching Russian language; for summarizing, systematization and distribution of the experience which has been accumulated by the lectures of the department of teaching Russian language, in the organizing of the extracurricular activities with foreign students; for the promotion of the Russian language, Russian-speaking culture, and also the Belarusian culture in the context of the multicultural education of the foreign students and its socialization.
