University Personnel Reinforcement

On 21 September 2012 the meeting of the managerial staff of Brest State A.S. Pushkin University and Trade-union organization with young specialists took place. This year the University gave employment to 27 specialists, most of them were hired as lecturers.  

The Rector of the University Mechyslau E. Chasnouski acquainted the audience with the history and traditions of the University, spoke about the changes in the higher school and the necessity of professional self-improvement of young specialists.

E.A.Bobrova, the head of the Personnel department, informed all those present about the organizational structure of the University, relations between the management and employees, principles of the personnel policy,  Internal code of labor conduct and other significant organizational issues.

The chairwoman of the Trade-union committee of the University employees L.B.Chelysheva spoke on the functioning of the Primary trade-union organization of the University employees, collective employment agreement and social infrastructure of the University. Each of the young specialists got a present made by the Trade-union committee of the University employees.

Suchlike meetings have become traditional in our University, they help young specialists become full-fledged members of “the University family”.
