Training session “Solving problem situations on team motivation and organization”

“Solving problem situations on team motivation and organization” – this was the name given to a training session (as part of the school “Experience”) on February 19, 2020 for representatives of student councils of halls of residence, organized by the department of educational work with young people and teachers of the department of social work – Margarita Nikolaevna Moserova and Anna Yurievna Ulyanova. 13 students-activists of our university took part in this event.

During intensive group work the stages of team building were studied, personal mechanisms of motivation and team organization were worked out for the present leaders. During the event, students were divided into three groups. They were offered interesting tasks and exercises aimed at developing skills to solve problem situations that occur in the course of academic and extra-curricular activities. As a result of the group work, “team towers” were built and a check-list of life hacks on team management was prepared.

The programme ended with a reflection during which everyone was able to analyse their work and make suggestions and wishes to the organizers.
