Short biography

In 2012 he graduated from Polotsk State University with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management with the qualification of an economist-manager. In 2012-2017 – Master's student, trainee teacher, postgraduate student, assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Economics of Polotsk State University. From 2017 to 2019 – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Economics of Polotsk State University, 2019-2024 – Director of the Institute of Professional Training and Retraining of the educational institution of Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk.

From 8 January 2024 he was appointed Vice-Rector for Science of Brest State A.S.Pushkin University.

Public recognition, awards

In 2015 he was awarded with a Diploma, in 2018. - Diploma of the educational institution ‘Polotsk State University’ for effective methodological support of the educational process. In 2018, he was awarded with a commemorative badge of the educational institution ‘Polotsk State University’ for his contribution to the patriotic education of youth. In 2019 he was awarded the Gratitude and Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, in 2022 - the Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2019 was awarded the Prize for talented young scientists and specialists in the nomination ‘Applied Research and Development’ of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, in 2021 - the Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus for talented young scientists.

Scientific activity

Author of more than 85 scientific and educational and methodological works.

In 2017 he defended his PhD thesis on ‘Value chains in the fuel and petrochemical industry of the Republic of Belarus: assessment and integration strategies’. Under his supervision, he carried out scientific research on the topic:

• ‘Strategies of value chain integration in the fuel and petrochemical industry’;
• ‘Stimulation of balanced economic growth of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of designing effective value chains’;
• ‘Assessment of knowledge diffusion in network structures in the conditions of digitalisation of the economy’, etc.

Scientific interests

• economic security of the state and business;
• research and analysis of value chains, strategies of their integration;
• network structures of the economy;
• knowledge diffusion in network structures under conditions of digitalisation.
